3. Your Account

4. Your Content

You dey give us worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transcode, analyse, transcribe, render and transmit your content, only so we fit provide di Service for you and to run, secure and improve am. 5. Acceptable Use

6. Limits and Fair Use

  • Track length and size: track fit reach 10 minutes and 80 MB. Uploaded images no fit pass 10 MB and background videos no fit pass 250 MB and 90 seconds.
  • Storage: uploads dey count against per-account storage quota (currently 2 GB); you fit delete uploads any time to free up space.
  • Subtitles: automatic transcription na convenience wey help you reach video. Every account get allowance of 10 minutes of audio, wey go refresh back to full every time you generate video. Once dat allowance finish, transcription go wait till your next video.

7. Prices and Payment

8. Delivery, Retention and Downloads

Download your own copy and keep am within dat time; we no fit restore render wey don already delete.
  • Where di Service dey offer rendering for your own browser, di video dey produce for your device and e go save straight to your disk. E never upload go our side and e no go show for your account.
  • If export fail because of fault for our side, we go re-run am or refund am as e dey explain for di Refund Policy.

9. Our Intellectual Property

Di Service — im software, templates, visual designs, animations, text, logos and branding — na ours or our licensors own am, and copyright and other laws dey protect am. Dis Terms no give you any right to am pass wetin you need to use di Service as e dey meant.

For every video wey you export, we dey give you perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, distribute, display in public and perform di template artwork and animation as dem dey inside dat video, for any purpose, including commercial use, without you need to give credit. Dis licence no allow you to extract di template itself or use am outside di exported video.

You fit give us feedback or suggestion about di Service; we fit use dem without any obligation to you.

10. Third-Party Services

Di Service dey depend on third parties — like Google and Facebook for sign in, Cloudflare for delivery and storage, GPU providers for rendering, Pexels for stock media and Paddle for payments. Their availability no dey inside our control, and how you use their services subject to their own terms. Di Privacy Policy dey list who dey process your data and why.

11. Termination and Account Deletion

  • By you. You fit delete your account anytime from di account page. Deletion na immediate and permanent: your tracks, uploads, editor settings, subtitles, rendered videos and linked sign-in identities go destroy and nobody fit recover dem again.   • Section 4 (your responsibility for your content), 9, 12, 13, 14 and 16 go still dey after termination.

12. Disclaimers

Di Service dey provide "as is" and "as available". We dey work hard make e continue to run and make every export look like im preview, but we no dey promise say di Service go dey uninterrupted, without error or fully secure, say template go suit your track, or say exported video go meet di requirements of any particular platform. Rendering depend on di file wey you upload; unusual or damaged files fit fail or look different from di preview.

Everything wey di Service produce — di preview, di exported video and di subtitles wey dem generate automatically — na software dey generate am from your inputs, without any human check am. Subtitles especially fit dey wrong, incomplete or mistimed; check dem before you publish. We no dey warrant say exported video, or di combination of template, media and text wey you choose, no get third-party rights for inside.

Na you dey responsible to keep copy of your own tracks, artwork and exported videos. Di Service no be backup or archive service.

To di extent wey law permit am, we dey exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To di extent wey law permit am:

  • we no dey liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or reputational harm wey come from how you use, or how you no fit use, di Service;
